Jared Eamons, the son of a small-town Baptist pastor, must overcome the fallout after being outed as gay to his parents. His father and mother struggle to reconcile their love for their son with their beliefs. Fearing a loss of family, friends and community, Jared is pressured into attending a conversion therapy program. While there, Jared comes into conflict with its leader and begins his journey to finding his own voice and accepting his true self.

InfoHealth - The Toughies: Ovarian and Pancreatic Cancer

The program brings together representatives from the NOTL Family Health Team, the NOTL Public Library and local residents. The program will run throughout the year. Consisting of workshops and presentations at the Library on a monthly basis, the program will focus on how to achieve and maintain healthy lifestyles, disease prevention, the detection and management of specific diseases and how to navigate and use the resources available to us in the Niagara health care system.

Calling all NOTL Yogi’s!  
Whether you are new to yoga or have practiced for years, Yoga with Jenny is a gentle, beginner Hatha yoga for all levels.  Come on out for some much-needed relief from stress, neck pain, back pain, or emotional pain.  Every week we will focus on a different area of the body with student input and feedback encouraged.  Classes are free and will be 60 minutes and will include meditation and breathing basics at the end. Please bring a yoga mat, towel and bottle of water.
