NOTL Library and the Lord Mayor Youth Advisory Council are looking for teens, gr. 7 and up, who have a love for reading, discussion and debate. Sound like you? You are invited to join our Teen Book Club (TBC) and meet new friends who have a passion for stories and adventures. We will meet once a month at the library; books and snacks will be provided.
Description:This active play drop-in program is designed to get your children moving. The library's Rotary Room will be set up with "Soft Play" equipment on which children can explore, climb, balance and jump. Supervision is the responsibility of the caregiver.
Ages 3mos - 4yrs
This is story time with a twist! In addition to the traditional story time fun, we will explore the areas of science, technology, engineering, art, and math through simple, engaging activities.
Ages 18 months - 3 years
Sing, play, and laugh with your baby while sharing books, rhymes, and tickles.
$2 fee per person.
Plan, build, explore, destroy and rebuild again in the wonderful world of Minecraft!
Come tinker, build, think and problem solve. This is a drop-in program for all ages and families. Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult.
Calling all NOTL Yogi’s!
Whether you are new to yoga or have practiced for years, Yoga with Jenny is a gentle, beginner Hatha yoga for all levels. Come on out for some much-needed relief from stress, neck pain, back pain, or emotional pain. Every week we will focus on a different area of the body with student input and feedback encouraged. Classes are free and will be 60 minutes and will include meditation and breathing basics at the end. Please bring a yoga mat, towel and bottle of water.
