Calling all NOTL Yogi’s!  
Whether you are new to yoga or have practiced for years, Yoga with Jenny is a gentle, beginner Hatha yoga for all levels.  Come on out for some much-needed relief from stress, neck pain, back pain, or emotional pain.  Every week we will focus on a different area of the body with student input and feedback encouraged.  Classes are free and will be 60 minutes and will include meditation and breathing basics at the end. Please bring a yoga mat, towel and bottle of water.

In African culture, drumming and story-telling are part of the celebration of life, most especially its cycles and seasons This entertaining program led by Barbarinde Williams uses the African cultural arts of interactive story-telling, dance and hand drumming to teach and motivate children. The audience participates actively in simple call and response songs, this includes drumming rhythm and dance.

Description:This active play drop-in program is designed to get your children moving. The library's Rotary Room will be set up with "Soft Play" equipment on which children can explore, climb, balance and jump. Supervision is the responsibility of the caregiver.
