Our Vision

The NOTL Public Library is an important community hub proactively encouraging community connectivity and creative thinking through its quality, future-focused library services. 

The Library gratefully acknowledges funds from the Ministry of Tourism and Culture's Capacity Building Grant, used in the development of our vision and mission statements and strategic priorities.
