Drag It to Brunch Fundraiser
On Sunday, August 30th, Niagara-on-the-Lake Public Library hosted its first-ever Drag It to Brunch event.
On Sunday, August 30th, Niagara-on-the-Lake Public Library hosted its first-ever Drag It to Brunch event. We want to thank all the attendees who came for a wonderful afternoon of entertainment from far and wide! Everyone enjoyed tasty bites, delicious peach bellinis and fun snacks like popcorn and cotton candy.
With your support, we raised $5,000, which will directly fund the purchase of books to expand our diverse and inclusive collections and help ensure our shelves reflect the many voices, stories, and experiences that make our community stronger.
It was such a positive and empowering experience. I had never been to a drag performance before. I really enjoyed their banter!
