Proud member of Libraries in Niagara Cooperative (LiNC), in partnership with eight other Niagara library systems.
Can’t find what you need at our library? We’ve got you covered.
LINC (Libraries in Niagara Cooperative) lets you borrow from a shared catalogue of public libraries across the Niagara region, including Fort Erie, Grimsby, Lincoln, Pelham, Port Colborne, Thorold, Wainfleet, Welland, and West Lincoln. You can request, borrow, and return items from these libraries just like you would at NOTL.
Interlibrary Loan (ILLO) expands your reach even further by allowing you to request materials from libraries across Ontario and beyond through the provincial interlibrary system. This is ideal for academic, specialty, or hard-to-find titles not available locally. You can submit a request form here.
Reciprocal borrowing agreements with Niagara Falls and St. Catharines Public Libraries allow NOTL cardholders to get a free library card from either system and borrow from their collections. Cardholders from Niagara Falls and St. Catharines are also eligible to get a free library card from the NOTL Public Library.

Our Library of Things features a curated collection of non-traditional items available for borrowing, including a karaoke machine, sewing machine, parks passes, and a Behringer podcast studio kit.
